Ningbo Keno Precision Technology Co.,Ltd is a fully owned
subsidiary of Haida Group (Stock code: 300320), located in Ningbo,
Zhejiang. Keno covers an area of 43961 Sqms with the total amount
of investment of US$ 52 million and more than 400 employees. Its
annual production is nearly 30,000 tons. Keno focuses on studying
and developing high-end industrial aluminium profiles with high
precision and extraordinary performances, specializing in high
precision extruding profile including sunroof slide rails, roof rack,
and decorative strip, etc. Keno is one of the leading sunroof slide
rail material suppliers in China as it occupies more than 60% of the
domestic market share of sunroof slide rail.
Keno owns aluminum billet casting furnace, 9 extrusion machines
from 600 tons to 4,000 tons, with liquid nitrogen cooling system,
constant speed and temperature system, also equipped with
necessary equipment and anodizing production line. In addition,
Keno also has the ability from material research, aluminum
billet casting, extruding, bending, machining, polishing, anodizing
treatment, to provide one-stop production flow system. For casting
technology innovation, Keno uses the latest electromagnetic mixing,
on-line degassing, hydraulic system inner guide type casting
machine, automatic cutting machine and other advanced equipment.
It also owns intelligent stereoscopic warehouse, and AGV to realize
modern logistics transportation, and PDM, ERP and MES
systems are also used to reach information construction.
