Aluminium Trade Fair | Gui Aluminium New Materials Completes Batch Rolling of Ultra-large Coil Diameter Zero-breakage Double-zero Aluminium Foil

Guiyang Industrial Holdings Group's subsidiary, Guizhou Gui Aluminium New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Gui Aluminium New Materials'), has recently completed the rolling of the first batch of 6.3μm, over 2250mm ultra-large coil diameter zero-breakage double-zero Aluminium foil products. The heaviest single roll weighed 17.08 tons, with a coil diameter of Ø=2295mm and a length of 299,500 meters. This is currently the heaviest single roll, with the largest diameter and the longest length of double-zero Aluminium foil produced by Gui Aluminium New Materials, reaching an advanced level in the industry. It marks a significant breakthrough in the production of double-zero Aluminium foil for Gui Aluminium New Materials.

According to the Aluminium Trade Fair, double-zero Aluminium foil has a wide range of applications in food packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, and electronic devices. The successful batch rolling of large-diameter, heavy-weight, zero-breakage double-zero Aluminium foil products fully demonstrates Gui Aluminium New Materials' exquisite craftsmanship and excellent quality control capabilities in the deep processing of Aluminium sheet, strip, and foil products, from cast rolling and cold rolling to foil rolling.
