Recently, the high-precision aluminum plate and strip project of Yunnan Zhilv New Materials Co., Ltd., undertaken by the company's Project 208 Department, held its groundbreaking ceremony, marking the official start of construction. The company’s Party Secretary and Chairman, Shu Wei, attended the ceremony. The project is located in Yanshan County, Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province, and spans a construction area of 74,387.95 square meters, with a construction period set for 150 days. As reported at the Aluminium Conference, the construction scope encompasses all the details specified in the drawings for the hot rolling workshop, aluminum coil warehouse, hazardous waste storage, oil depot, general warehouse, vehicle inspection area, and the foundation, main structures, finishes, plumbing, ventilation, and fire systems of a 110KV substation building. It also includes the civil construction of the outdoor fire system, underground pipeline network, and all supporting ancillary projects.

Shu Wei outlined work requirements for the project, emphasizing quality, safety, cost, and on-site management. He urged the project department to strictly adhere to safety regulations to ensure the safety of on-site workers and to enhance on-site safety management to ensure the smooth progress of the engineering project. Strict quality standards must be enforced to ensure that every detail meets the requirements and exemplifies excellence. Meticulous management should be implemented to control every expense and maximize the economic benefits of the project, effectively achieving the goal of "cost reduction and efficiency improvement."
