On January 23, reporters at the construction site of the Fuling New Aluminum Alloy Component Manufacturing Base located on Hefeng Avenue in the Fuling High-tech Zone observed that the main construction of the base's shift building had been completed, with the first-floor electrical and plumbing installation and decorative finishing underway. The comprehensive test building had finished its exterior aluminum panel and window installation and was about to undergo interior decoration. The steel structure construction of the joint factory building was 80% complete, with the roof tiles fully installed. The west side auxiliary building was in the process of indoor floor tiling, while the north side auxiliary building was undergoing wall construction, expected to be completed in the next two days.

Fu Wanbiao, the technical director of the project construction site, introduced: "Currently, the main construction of the project is nearing completion. Next, we will carry out electrical and plumbing installation, floor construction, and top tile installation for the joint factory building, while also completing the auxiliary building, comprehensive test building, greening of the factory area, pipeline network, roads, and other projects, with the expectation to be fully completed and put into use by the end of April this year."

According to data from the aluminium expo, the Fuling New Aluminum Alloy Component Manufacturing Base is a key district-level project, invested in and constructed by Chongqing Yuxiang Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. It covers an area of about 47 acres with a total construction area of 22,000 square meters. Once the base is fully operational, it will have an annual production capacity of 8 million pieces of new aluminum alloy components, with an expected annual output value of 320 million yuan. The products of this base will be widely used in the automotive industry, helping to upgrade the automotive component industry in Fuling District. It will inject new energy into Fuling's intelligent manufacturing equipment industry and add fresh impetus to Fuling's automotive industry chain.
