The year 2021 marks the beginning of China’s 14th Five-Year Plan. It also marks the beginning of the country’s new effort in building up a modern socialist state. Thanks to the effective pandemic control measures as well as the furthering of the Belt and Road initiative, China is building up two economic development cycles – domestic and international. Meanwhile, the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality processes are taking place. It is against such background that the aluminum industry in China is entering a new growth cycle.
As an industry fanfare, Aluminium China, now in its 16th year, is coming soon. What’s unchanged for the event is its venue and time window – it will take place at Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC) between 7th and 9th July 2021. What’s changing is the new dynamics that encourages innovation and provides new feelings and experiences to the exhibitors and visitors alike.
