“Press Supervisor”: designed to optimize press use, increasing productivity, decreasing technical scrap and maximizing the stability of the extrusion process, allowing to analyse in real-time the production parameters.

“Ulixes”: designed to research similar profiles through image analysis and simulates extrusion using the production parameters founded providing information to calculate the production cost.

“Theoria”: is a planning system, designed to calculate different production scenarios by many different criteria’s, providing the productivity and giving also the flexibility to produce successfully even very small lots.

“Extrusion Intelligence”: designed to analyse in detail the entire extrusion process allowing to identify opportunities to improve it, based on the control of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and calculating the ‘Availability’, ‘Performance’, ‘Quality’ and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) indicator.

“N5Nitrogen”: designed to increase extrusion speed and profile surface quality, cooling the extrusion dies by injecting them liquid nitrogen, controlled and automated by an advanced user-friendly software system that detects automatically the best production parameters.
